Thank you for your interest in ArtPresents.
To make the shopping experience as simple as possible for our new customers, we have put together the following details about how the ordering procedure works:
Selecting an article
If you use the categories or artist search to select an article, you will arrive at an options page. Please click on any of the articles to see whether additional details have been made available for it. If you like the article, you can place it in your shopping basket. It is not necessary to register at this point.
Search function
If you already know the name of the article that you are looking for, you can speed things up by typing this name directly into the search window. If you only know a part of the articles name, you can still try using the search function.
Shopping basket
Your shopping basket on the right hand side of the page is available at all times with details about its contents and price. You can change or delete the articles selected at any time using the shopping basket menu.
Registration
If you are a new customer and have found the articles that you were looking for, you will be asked to register when you want to proceed to the checkout. Registered users will have to log-in. Once this has been done, you will see your account settings, invoice and delivery addresses and other important details, which you can change at any time.
Delivery address
You can include up to 5 different delivery addresses in your customer account (for example your home and office address). Simply select the address that you would like to use.
Payment method
This is where you select the payment method you would like.
SSL encryption technology is used to transmit all your personal details to us.
Payment by direct bank transfer
When you make an advance-payment order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation message via e-mail. This e-mail includes our bank account details for you to make the direct payment transfer. Your goods will be dispatched as soon as payment has been received.
Cash on delivery (only in Austria)
Payment for the package is made directly to the postman. Please bear in mind that the post office will levy an extra delivery charge for cash-on-delivery payments; this fee is an additional charge that is not detailed on our invoice.
Paypal
With Paypal you can send money for free with your credit card or your paypal Balance.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at cost price depending on weight according to the fees of the Austrian Post AG. Please bear in mind that the post office will levy an extra delivery charge for cash-on-delivery payments; this fee is an additional charge that is not detailed on our invoice.
Shipping costs are displayed in the ordering process before confirmation of your order.
Shipping of your order is normally carried out within the delivery time stated by the ordered item after receipt of payment, respectively in the case of cash on delivery after receipt of order.
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel the order within 14 days till receipt of the goods. For ensuring of this period, the timely dispatch of cancellation complies and can be done written, per e-mail or by simply return of the goods. The cancellation has to be affected to:

By timely cancellation you are no longer bounded to the contract with ArtPresents. You only have to return the goods and you get back the already paid purchase price within 48 hours after receipt of goods. Condition is that the goods are unused, in good order and condition, original packed and sent back franco within term.
Please understand that our prices are calculatet that return charges are for your account. Only by this way goods can be taken back.
